ForwardPass represents the evolution of our smart locker solutions, while LocknCharge continues as the charging cart and station brand. Over time, ForwardPass will become the primary smart locker brand in the market.

 

Is ownership changing? +

No. There is no change in ownership.
We still have the same leadership, sales and support teams in place.

 

Do SKUs change? +

No. SKUs remain the same during this phase.

If any future changes occur, they will be communicated well in advance with clear guidance.
