ARR/ACV is calculated quarterly based on the past 12 months using LocknCharge’s recorded data. Sales and deals count by opportunity invoiced date. Program perks have no cash value and apply to U.S. resellers; Canadian partners should contact their Account Executive for details. LocknCharge may change or cancel the program at any time without notice. Effective April 1, 2025.
