LocknCharge FUYL Smart Locker Integrates with Incident IQ

This collaboration enables schools to automate student device exchanges and streamline IT support — saving valuable time and reducing downtime.

With this integration, districts can seamlessly assign a locker bay for a loaner device when a help ticket is submitted through Incident IQ. The student then receives a secure PIN or barcode to collect a replacement device from the FUYL Smart Locker — all without staff intervention. This workflow dramatically reduces interruptions to classroom learning while increasing accountability for device returns.

This integration not only streamlines device assignment workflows, but it also improves device visibility for IT teams. Every step of the process is logged within Incident IQ — providing K-12 IT teams with a detailed timeline of each step of a device swap. Furthermore, districts can utilize LocknCharge’s secure lockers to dispense technology accessories, paperwork, and more.
