FAQ's

How do I know if my device is compatible with the CarryOn?

1. The CarryOn powers devices via USB port. 

  • Red, green, blue and black CarryOn stations are NOT compatible with devices that use a Lightning to USB-C cable or devices that use a USB-C to USB-C cable. (Red and green CarryOns have been discontinued.)
  • White CarryOn Stations purchased exclusively through Apple come pre-wired with Lightning Cables. They are compatible with iPad devices that use a Lightning to USB-C Cable as long as the cable provided by LocknCharge is being used. They are NOT compatible with devices that use a USB-C to USB-C Cable.

2. Check the dimensions of the device, including the power connector and case.

What is the charging rate of the CarryOn Charging Station?

Maximum of 2.4 amps at each USB port.

Are there any special power requirements since the station charges so many devices?

No. All LocknCharge devices can run on 120V 15 Amp circuits.
