How many Baskets are included in the iC 30 Cart?
Six (6) removable 5-slot Carry Baskets.
What color Baskets will I receive with the iC 30 Cart?
Two Green, two Blue and two Red.
Will my devices fit in the iC 30 Cart?
There is a simple template that you can download in the section below. The template allows you to measure your device to the Carry Basket. All you have to do is download the file, print it to scale on an A3 size paper and place your device within the guide to see if it fits. Instructions are included on the template. Can I purchase additional Carry Baskets?
Yes, you can buy baskets here.
Where do I find my serial number?
By the power cord plugin area.
Are there an special power requirements for the iC 30 Cart since they charge so many devices?
No. All LocknCharge devices can run on 120V 15 Amp circuits.
My cart doesn’t seem to be charging or only charges for a little bit before shutting off?
If you have Chromebooks, they can ramp up their charging after they start and if all devices are doing this at once it can trip the EcoSafe timer installed in your Cart. The benefit of the timer is that you can easily prevent this by running your charging on cycles. See the user guide on how to set this up. If you need to purchase a new EcoSafe Power strip and remote you can contact us.
