Will my devices fit in the Carrier Carts?

There is a simple template that you can download in the section below to determine whether or not your devices will fit. The template allows you to measure your device to the Small Basket. All you have to do is download the file, print it to scale on an Ledger size paper and place your device within the guide to see if it fits. Instructions are included on the template. For further information or help, contact us.

My devices do not fit in the Baskets. What can I do?

So your device is too big? We have you covered. You can purchase a Stainless Steel Device Rack set that replaces the Baskets and allows larger devices to fit in the Carrier Cart. You can purchase the Wire Racks here.

Are there an special power requirements for the Carrier Carts since they charge so many devices?

No, just a regular Power Outlet. The Carrier Carts are equipped with ECO Safe Charge power board for safe and efficient charging. The power board stages the availability of power to each bank of devices.

Can I purchase additional Baskets?

Yes. Contact us for details or click here to buy baskets.

How does the Carrier Cart accommodate laptops?

By purchasing a pair of wire racks, which replace the Baskets by LocknCharge, and lowering the adjustable shelves you can fit larger devices like laptops. You can purchase the Wire Racks here.

Where can I find my serial number?

You can find your serial number on the bottom of the cart for the Carrier 30 or Carrier 40 Cart.

The serial number plate on the Carrier 20 Cart is located on the power tray panel of the cart, at the bottom.

My cart doesn’t seem to be charging or only charges for a little bit before shutting off?

If you have Chromebooks, they can ramp up their charging after they start and if all devices are doing this at once it can trip the ECO Safe timer installed in your Cart. The benefit of the timer is that you can easily prevent this by running your charging on cycles. See the user guide on how to set this up.

What happens if I lose my key or my keys are locked in the product?

Don’t worry. We can help. Give us a call at (888) 943-6803.

My power cord from the cart to the wall is broken, what can I do?

You can purchase a new power cord for your cart: For Charge Only Carts: click here. For Sync and Charge Carts: click here.

I want to change my carts to all be keyed differently, what can I do?

In June 2013, a range of Apple products incorporated the new 4th Generation Intel Core vPro Processors (Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7). Simply download the USB Limit Fix app from the link below and follow the instructions.

  2. -OR- for iOS devices with passcodes, simply unlock the device prior to plugging in
  3. -OR- update Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > scroll down to USB Accessories (toggle to “ON” so it is green)

No. All LocknCharge products run on 120V 15 Amp circuits.
